If I’ve cancelled your lesson(s) this term (it’s been quite a disrupted term so far!) and haven’t yet rescheduled, please get in touch so we can do this.
Lessons cancelled by pupils are rescheduled or refunded only if I have at least 48 hours notice, and even then at my discretion. I have to make a living from my work, and this policy is standard practice for self-employed musicians. Having said that, I do always do my best to give you every lesson you’ve paid for! Thank you for your understanding.
